i have been using firefox for years without issues. just now i booted up on my laptop and a reset firefox question came up so i thought oh okay why not? I LOST MY FB PAGE/400+ FRIENDS... I LOST LEVEL 700+ IN A GAME APP.... all acting like this was day one!!!!!!!!!!!!! WTF???????????????? HELP!!!!!!!!!

Dear David I found this article the other day that I think will help you. Follow the instructions and you should be able to undo the reset. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1325304
