Hello, I'm having a problem on Windows 10. It's a fresh windows installation and I tried already some solutions: reinstalling firefox, deleting cache, refreshing firefox, private windows, no add ons, trouble shoot mod. Nothing helped. The problem seems to be with live stream, either on twitch.tv or youtube.

Isisombululo esikhethiwe

This can be related to the CODEC used for the stream. If Firefox handled these properly on your previous installation, could you check whether you have an edition of Windows that needs a Media Feature Pack: Fix video and audio problems on Firefox for Windows N editions.

Hi,

Could you provide more details about what error your are got?

Hi, thank you both. I just figured it out myself. I installed Windows 10 Home N with no preinstalled Microsoft Media products (the European version; and I assume it will be for Pro N the same). That was causing the issue. I installed it now via Powershell and it works again \:D/
