Accessing emails. I reconnected with Thunderbird after two years. I could not supply the login password for my old website. I have changed providers and Microsoft has locked me out. How van I retrieve my emails and set them up on Thunderbird?
'Thunderbird asks for an old password to a website I no longer use. I can't see a way of updating it. Can anyone please help? I'm 92 years old and could do with a bit of help.

Let’s first clarify what you want.
1. You want Thunderbird to stop asking you to sign in to an old account? Or would you like access to that old account and its messages?
2. You want Thunderbird to send and retrieve messages through your Microsoft account? Why did Microsoft lock you out? Do you have the password for that account? Are there messages in that account that you want to access?
