When I try to download anything Firefox Caps my download speed at 10MB/s Other browsers don't. I tried, Edge, Chrome, Etc... they all give me access to my full Gigabit speed. I've attached 2 screenshots with a SpeedTest comparison.

Firefox: 90mbps Edge: 630mbps

Things I have tried: Updating Safe Mode Private Mode About:Config "network.http.max-connections = 1500, network.http.max-persistent-connections-per-server = 10"
