Now none of my Bank sites will open How do I remove the Whitelist Javascript?

Hi meckm, It sounds like you added an extension.

Click on the 3-bar Menu button select Add-ons on the left select Extensions you should see an extension named "Whitelist... " on the right end of the extention is a 3-dot menu button click on that and select Remove

Close the add-ons tab and try your site again.
