I ran through the support menu again earlier and I believe I submitted a correct ticket this time, I got a ticket ID and all. Just waiting to hear back. I did not cancel the subscription yet.

If you need additional help with the subscription based Mozilla VPN app then you can contact support either in the Mozilla VPN app or on this site by on top Ask a Question > Mozilla VPN and use the contact form on page.

That is exactly how I tried to do it, I went through the steps so many times and could not find the exact way that was described in the steps, so this ended up being the only support contact option that I could find. The prompts that were described did not match what was appearing on my page each time that I followed the given links.

Have you already cancelled your subscription? Or it's still active?
