For years I could sign in easily to my email account by accessing spectrum.net. Recently I could not sign in as previously but received a repeated message from Spectrum: "We're sorry, somethng didn't work quite right. Please try again from home or contact us for asitance. IDID-4049" I was using my home iMac desktop. I contacted Spectrum and was elevated to an engineer to trouble shoot my issue. They were not able to help me. I subsequently tried using FireFox trouble shooting mode and was able to connect with spectrum.net. However the normal non-trouble shooting mode still generated the same "We're sorry..." message from spectrum. I had allowed pop-ups, etc using the FireFox "Privacy and Security" settings.

Since the latest changes of Ff, I keep getting more and more websites, where instead of becoming connected, I get "Something does not seem to look right..." How do I override this? I have not asked for such help from a browser. These are sites, some of which I have visited for years. This is the question: How do I stop this and override this? I am not asking for an explanation why you feel you need to save me, I simply want to see if there is a way to override this.

I usually use rightclick+T to open new tab. And now sometimes it do a screenshot instead. Specially in some website that highlighting a link will popup an ui. So I want to disable this screenshot shortcut (but keep the open new tab shortcut).

Is there anyway to do it? Thank you!

I'm wanting to install the beta version of firefox for windows, but whenever I try to do so I receive the message that the download has failed. How can I correct this error so I can enjoy the beta version of firefox ?

I cant seen to be able to activate VPN. I just try to connect my account but the second window that gives me access to activate VPN doesnt show so its just a vicious cycle

my laptop installed a windows update on last shut down, when I restarted the laptop I no longer had firefox / mozilla installed it asked me to download the new version which I did and the only inport for my bookmarks was from windows, chrome, MS Edge, I have always used FIrefox as my browzer, I have no book marks on the others. this newdownload has installed over my bookmarks folder, there is only screen shots of opening windows in the history from July or August. how can I restore my older version on firefox and my bookmarks. I need those for log ins to my work on wild land fire. and Gov sites. among other things. I recently have terminated my old email addresses and have created a new website, my previous email may have been [redacted] @anglersnirvana.com which has been expired or [redacted] @andersonrmoore.com can update me on my phone gmail account, [redacted] @gmail.com.

I cant stand the new sidebar and the revamp false has kept me in firefox. Now its stuck with padding on the outside, padding on the inside even with NOVA turned off. I have gone back to firefox 157 for now.

Is there anyone forking firefox away from all this curvy padded UI. This is very unpleasant.

The warning attached shows up frequently. No way to go through it. Going back to whatever screen caused it sometimes allows a second attempt at the link to go to the target. Sometimes, not. This is a new warning -- I haven't encountered before recent Firefox upgrade.

Hi, I'd like to remove the rounded corners ( they are too big) everywhere in the Firefox browser. The suggestions I've found online aren't helping me. Do you have a solution for beginners?

After installing the latest "Mozilla VPN Release 2.40.0" upon Windows 11 Version 26H2 OS Build 26300.9711, I received the follow error message 3 to 4 times in a row. after acknowledging the error (pressed "OK").

(See attached image) Mozilla VPN.exe - Bad Image is either not designed to run on Windows or It contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support. Error status OxcOOON28.

Prior to installation, I just booted my computer and observed that my VPN App needed to be updated. I did not open any other app or perform any other work.

The VPN update informed me that it needed to close my current VPN connection to continue with the installation Update, which I allowed the update to manage.

In my troubleshooting efforts, reviewing other forums, and ask Google Gemini, I have performed the following. 1). Rebooted the computer after install. (Same Error Message) 2). Uninstall and reinstall Mozilla VPN. (Same Error Message) 3). Updated my NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti driver to the latest release. (Same Error Message) 4). Ran "sfc /scannow" as administrator within the Command Prompt (Same Error Message). 5). Ran "dissm /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth" (Same Error Message).

Is there a method to correct the "Bad Image" error from popping up after restarting my computer? Also, would someone be so kind to inform the Mozilla VPN software team of this error?
