I had VPN. Paid for it on April 17, 2026. $59.88. Recently I lost access to it. Trying to sign in, VPN had an old e-mail from SBCGLOBAL which I lost about a year ago. It was replaced with icloud.com. I just resigned up for VPN with my icloud email. In order to do so, I had to pay another $59.88. Can I get a credit for the second annual charge or get a credit for the remaining amount on the April 2026 charge? The VPN at this time seems to be working fine.

I am using Firefox 115.44 OESR (64bit) on my Windows 7 PC.And, by the way, there have been no add ons added or changes to Firefox recently. OK so, I have my passwords saved using a Primary password so, whenever I open Firefox anew and go to a website, the "Enter Primary Password" box pops up and I enter it and my sign in and password is entered into the sign in boxes on the websites.

But today it did NOT so I went to "Settings" and to my "Saved logins" and the window was blank with a banner up top asking me to enter my primary password. But the clickable button (I think it said: "login") was as if it was frozen and it would not advance me to the "Primary Password" sign in window. After 20 minutes of Googling the matter where the AI was offering me EXTREME methods to try to solve my problem, I went to my "Print Screen" software to create a print screen to show the AI exactly what I meant and, when I went back to the browser page, BOOM! The Primary password "sign in" box popped up and I was able to enter my primary password and, I got my passwords back. WHAT?! Google said it was because this "freeze" lost focus when I clicked somewhere outside of the browser and also said: "Now, don't (ever???) close your browser again or this may happen again" but, that is pretty unreasonable. Can anyone here tell me how to prevent this from happening again? First time EVER that this happened. I was trying to change my method of payment for the VPN. It then took me to PayPal's website and the only option I get from them is to cancel it. Do I have to cancel it and then use the new way I want to pay for it after this month ends? Or would you be able to help change my payment method? Thank you!

I have a subscription to Mozilla VPN that I no longer use. I signed up with a proton mail address to which I no longer have access (no recovery information). I would like to cancel my subscription.

I have my bank statements showing that i pay 9.99 to Mozilla every month.

What can I do?

Since today's update to esr 153.5 a lot of things have changed for the worse. One annoying thing is that Firefox always opens now in Minimised view...why? I've never used Firefox Minimised...so now every time I have to click Maximise. Another one was that the Hamburger menu items suddenly had huge spaces between everything...at least I was able to find someone on Google who had a css to fix that. But the same thing is happening in the right click menu also, I had a css for that for years but now that doesn't work. The other super annoying thing is the scrolling has totally changed, I always used to uncheck 'smooth scrolling' and check 'autoscrolling', although I never use what they say autoscrolling is supposed to be about...something about holding the middle button on the mouse?? All I know was that setup used to make the scrolling in Firefox excellent...now it's basically annoying smooth scrolling whatever I check or uncheck. The other thing is after this happened I uninstalled Firefox altogether, and reinstalled the 150.0esr version and all this stuff is the same...even though I was previously on 153.4esr...and it wasn't happening on that? So I suppose I might as well just update to the latest one then? And just put up with all this annoying stuff. By the way, I'm still using Windows 10...not one issue a year after all the doomsaying from Microsoft [Defender still gets security updates anyway?]...which makes me wonder about the so-called 'security' issues with using an older version of Firefox. Thanks, any ideas for ways to fix these things would be very much appreciated. Especially the scrolling thing.

I cancelled and requested refund the day of subscribing VPN did not work with absolutely no support

Please refund both payments of 2 x $14.99 and cancel my subscription asap

I don't know if "Accounts" is the right category, but none of the other categories seem right either...

I try to submit ideas or comment on other ideas, but my ideas and comments never get reviewed. It's been three years and all of my ideas are still awaiting approval. How many years does it usually take for them to review your ideas? I see other people whose ideas were definitely reviewed and approved much faster, as some of them are commenting on recent updates that are less than 3 years old. The top idea right now was very clearly posted within the last week or so because it addresses the new Nova update that just wet out a couple days ago,

How do I get my Ideas to be reviewed? Three years seems like a really long time to expect people to wait. The program has been updated so many times within the last three years... I wated my ideas to be considered within the time-frame when they were relevant. Obviously.
