Cant right click on windows in the taskbar to move windows after update (8 months later still unfixed, why?)

Please change the switch in your code back to normal. Its just a tiny switch! normal is=task bar context menu by right clicking on the task bar WITHOUT "title bar". Is this so hard? And why is such important thing not fixed in 7 months?
