I have existing account, upon signing in it asks me to use my authenticator app to verify. I've checked both my authenticator apps and Firefox was never added.
I use two-step authentication for other accounts so I'm familiar with that verification process. I use an authenticator to generate time-sensitive codes for some accounts or get authentication sent directly to my mobile as a "click to approve" process. I haven't set up two-step for Firefox so I need help to get access to my account. I never received a verification from Firefox either, I've had this account for at least 5 years. Please help

Hmm, I don't think you should get that unless you went through the setup described here:
Secure your Mozilla account with two-step authentication
It is a concern that you can't get verification emails. Is a spam block a potential explanation for that?
I have Mozilla saved as a trusted sender and one of the first things I did was check my Spam box. Thanks for your help. My 2 Step Verification is working for my other accounts. I am pretty sure I need help from Mozilla to reset my account and posting to this forum was their only option for me.
