DO YOU HAVE A CONTACT NUMBER TO SPEAK WITH A TECHNICIAN?
I downloaded "shoppingathome" for coupons and for some reason it messed up the Firefox website, I have completed a restore, uninstalled and reinstalled mozilla and the same blank box comes up and will not let me navigate the site. HELP....please.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac Options) key, and then starting Firefox. Is the problem still there?
