The only way I can access my at&t e-mail account is through Internet Explorer. I spent an hour with an at&t technical support person who was not able to fix the problem. Will I ever be able to access my at&t account using mozilla?

This can be caused by corrupted cookies or cookies that aren't send or otherwise blocked.

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

"Clear the Cache":

  • Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"

"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

  • Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
