FF 12.0 tabs no longer draggable since updating from 11.0

Win 7 x64 Can't find any options in either FF or any of the Tab add-ons installed that could affect the tabs ability to be dragged to a new position or not. I've since restarted the computer numerous times. Can't drag tabs even to the desktop to create a new window. WHAT'S UP ?!?!

EDIT: Haven't tried yet to 'upgrade' my PortableApps.com version to 12.0 (use the same add-ons on both installed/portable versions)

Start Firefox in Use Troubleshoot Mode in Firefox to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
