Have just upgraded to 7.0.1. Doesn't work - hangs. Google chrome is fine (thank goodness). How do I go back to previous Firefox version?

Upgraded to Firefox 7.0.1. Connecting to internet sites just hangs (continuous 'connecting' shown. It also disabled my BullGuard protection. Google chrome works fine. There was no option to abort before add-ons were disabled.

I need to go back to the previous Firefox version. How do I do this. Or I can stay with Google Chrome. Cheers, Jon Stockwell
