When I delete items deleted items do not go to trash.

When I send items they are sent but sent items do not go to sent folder.

If this is an IMAP account, these settings control each of those actions:

- <Account Settings | (account) | Server Settings | Server Settings | "When I delete a message">; you have a choice of actions, including moving it to the Trash folder.

- <Account Settings | (account) | Copies & Folders | "When sending messages, automatically...">; choose your folder or other action.
