I received the following error when attempting to access www.choicehotels.com:

Access Denied You don't have permission to access "http://www.choicehotels.com/" on this server. Reference #18.71cfdb17.1777217251.b86336d7 https://errors.edgesuite.net/18.71cfdb17.1777217251.b86336d7

The same thing happened to me when I attempted to login to the Marriott website a few days ago. Initially, I thought it was Marriott's server that was the problem but since the problem has appeared on two different hotel chains, I suspected the problem was with Firefox's servers. So, to check, I launched the Google Chrome search engine and made the same exact search and the problem away. My search was successful.

Can you please help me so that I don't continue getting these errors? If you are unable to help, I will be forced to remove Firefox from my desktop computer because I need to be able to make hotel reservations without encountering this type of problem.

My computer is an older Windows 7 Home Premium with Service Pack 1.

Thank you.

Michael Stone
