Hello. I have been managing events through Humanitix for several years. Copies of notifications of purchased tickets are always sent to my Thunderbird account (via GMail). For reasons not understood the Correspondent Column for these emails always displays an address that should have no association with my events. Humanitix have had a look and says the 'link-up' is not happening at their end. Has anyone out there had a similar problem, or at least understand something about this kind of thing?
