On my windows PC, I am unable to view Ring Camera live-view due to "error missing required codec". Does my Firefox have the required HEVC codec to view Ring Camera videos?

We don't have the codec, but we can use the system one.

Try to enter about:support in the address bar and go to Media section. Check if HEVC is supported for you and go back here for additional help, if needed.
