A few days ago I sent Citibank Zelle payment, no problem. Last night & this morning I was UNABLE to send Citibank Zelle payments, so I had to use Safari, What is the problem with Firefox now?

Can you provide a screenshot of the issue you are having in Firefox?

Please explain the problem in detail. What happens? What is/are the exact error message(s) ?

Absolutely NOTHING happens, NOT even an error message. NOTHING happens. I do the EXACT same procedure using Citibank on Safari and ZELLE works perfectly. What is wrong with Zelle when I use Firefox?

Make sure you are not blocking content.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
