I used Firefox years ago but went to Google Chrome. I've decided Firefox has more to offer. I've tried to remember my old password but I been unsuccessful. Could you please help me set up an entirely new account. Everything I done hasn't worked.

What is it that you are wanting an account for? Firefox itself doesn't require a password, are you meaning for Sync? Where are you trying to sign in?
