Had to reinstall Firefox on laptop & now Home Button is missing from menu bar (or bookmarks toolbar - I'm not sure which). Everything else is back to way it was (bookmarks, extensions etc.) So, I found & followed steps to drag & drop it but it ALSO is missing from customize toolbar page. On my desktop using same Firefox account Home Button IS displaying where it always has been. Is there a way to CREATE a "new" Home Button to drag & drop?

Firefox can't connect to web sites that Chrome can. It just sits and spins in an endless loop. Windows 7 but other sites have no problem connection with firefox

An example of a site Chrome can get to but Firefox can connect to is www.lowes.com

My wife put Bear Share as a toolbar, We had Microsoft Essentials for our security and then we got infected by several problems all that came from using Bear Share. It has slowed down everything and I can't get rid of it. I want Google for our toolbar.

Forgot Primary Password Or Never Had One in the First Place! I Don't Know Or Remember Regardless I Can't Log in! Can You Fix This For Me Please ? I Can't Fix It at my End At all! I Try Only To Fail!

thank you for your time & expertise:) Can you please help me understand what would happen if firefox stops supporting windows 7 users. Will i still be able to use the browser - just with less security? I will probably have to give up using a computer if I cant continue with Windows 7 so I'd even be prepared to pay an annual fee to keep the support going. Since the last few days weather.com will not work with my version of Firefox. I use 115.37.0esr version of Firefox. Since the last few days Weather.com seems like it is loading and displays the page correctly for half a second but as soon as the page appears, it disappears leaving a small message midscreen that says " This page couldn’t load - Reload to try again, or go back."

I tried turning off my adblocker but that made no difference. Anyone got any ideas? I really like weather.com. It's one of those nice websites that are like when the web was new and was just a useful thing for everyone.

When I have attempted to log in to my MyPoints and my Entergy electricity account to pay my bill. I can not log in after the previous update. I was able to log in to my Entergy account on 08/22/2025 to pay one of our power bills. This was accomplished with out issue. When I went to log in to my Entergy account on 08/29/2025. The User name and password screen cleared correctly. The next step was for a 2ed step verification with a 6 digit code sent to my cell phone. This did not work at all. I tried several times after restarting my phone , computer, phone and computer with the same result.
