Hi, I wonder if someone can help me log into the KeyBank website. I keep getting this message: "Due to technical concerns, your current version of Firefox is no longer an option for KeyBank online banking. Nothing is wrong with your account. You simply need an updated browser – like the most up-to-date version of Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox – to sign on to online banking." My Mac indicates I have an up-to-date version of Firefox (78.10.0esr (64-bit) Thank you

I'm using firefox 97 on mac. Whenever I copy and paste an image from firefox, the image comes out desaturated as if it is using the wrong color profile. I tried changing the gfx.color_management settings without it improving. The images look fine and are the right colors in the browser, however, the issue only happens when I copy and paste images. Firefox behaves like the color management is disabled (set to 0 in config) but ONLY when copying and pasting images.

I do not have this issue with other browsers such as chrome.

I wanted to upgrade and update my Firefox to the latest version. Encountered some errors so I uninstalled the old version and reinstalled Firefox' latest version. Now all of a sudden all my Add-ons / Plugins / Extentions on the latest version of Firefox for Mac OS is gone...

Hi all, I have an Adobe account and regularly use Adobe e-sign to send out contracts. I have recently updated Firefox and since then, when I try and send out PDFs for e-sign via Adobe Acrobat Reader, it doesn't get past the upload of the document stage. When I do it on the web browser, I can log in to my account fine, but as soon as I try and view the PDF I want to send for signature, it tells me that:

'The cookie functionality is disabled on your browser

Adobe Acrobat Sign has detected that the cookie functionality is disabled on your browser. To use Adobe Acrobat Sign, please enable cookies on your browser.

When cookies are enabled, click the 'Continue' button below to proceed to Adobe Acrobat Sign. Instructions for enabling cookies Safari for iOS Safari for Mac Chrome for phone or tablet Chrome for desktop OS Firefox

   Click on the Firefox menu.
   Select Preferences.
   Select the Privacy & Security panel.
   Select Standard to enable cookies.
   Set Accept third-party cookies to Always to enable third-party cookies.'

I have followed all the above but it doesn't make any difference. I have also turned off Enhanced Tracking Protection for that site and it worked once, but then stopped working again.

I'm on a MacBook Pro.

Previously to a mac OS upgrade to 11.6.1, the browser worked fine. Now, nothing loads even though all the other browsers work fine. Pages just display "Secure Connection Failed." I have gone through and executed the adjustments on the "Websites don't load - troubleshoot and fix error messages" page but it still does not work.

Oops. I replaced my version of Firefox with the the newest version, but my OS X El Capitan version 10.11.6 does not support it. Now I can't browse with Firefox. How may I get the compatible version back?

Thought I should bring it to your attention. My default browser is Firefox and I use Earthlink as my email. Earthlink just informed me that Firefox no longer supports Earthlink. They have asked me to switch to Google Chrome where my email works fine. If you need to contact me , my phone is [phone# removed from public] and my name is Ken Westlund. When I download an attachment from Gmail, I would like to just download it. However, Firefox now opens the attachment in a new tab before I can download it. Is this new? Is there a way to turn this off?

So, firstly Instagram stopped working on Firefox browser. I checked and installed latest update, cleared cookies and restarted, still not working. Now Squarespace is doing the same thing. I can't save anything on the site once I have made changes. I have followed Squaresapce trouble shooting with cache etc but this hasn't helped. I'm guessing it's somewhere in the settings but I am not great with computers! So if anyone can help I'd be VVV gratefull! Clare

I use a 2017 Apple Desk top Retina 4. I just made Firefox my default browser, trying to allow all cookies for my online banking with dollar bank. I have always had this account on Firefox, since 2020, but for some mysterious reason after successfully logging on, with access to all my data, I am automatically logged out as soon as I select Pay My Bills. Advice from dollar customer service is not helpful. I don't want to erase all my cookie/cache files. (pop up windows are allowed). Are there steps I should take to be sure all cookies are allowed for this particular site? Ventura 13.2.1 is the latest Apple OS.

Problem: "Video cannot be played on your device as it does not meet content protection standards" Message when trying to stream videos but only on Amazon Prime.

I have searched the internet for an answer only to be told the problem lies in the browser. I find this confusing because a few months ago I was always watching Amazon Prime videos on Firefox browser. What has changed? How can I correct it? I have the latest Firefox update (108.0.1 64 bit) on my mac Book Pro, MacOS Ventura 13.1.

Hi, I am having issues while using my website howtowatchstreaming on Firefox, while it loads perfectly on Chrome and Edge. Despite the media files being perfectly optimized, some of them fail to load even after refreshing the page multiple times. Other websites seem to work fine. Any tips or ideas please.

i accidentally installed the latest update not realizing it will not be compatible with my iOS 10.11.6 operating software. Can I reverse this and go bak to using the browser version I was using prior to this update?

lost synced tabs on phone from old imac. goal was to move all tabs on phone to new imac desktop. is this possible? Did I do it wrong? Is this a two way process? When visiting sites such as the Russian Wikipedia, characters that are in the Cyrillic Times New Roman font display as blocks (shown in image). Safari does not have this problem.
