When I click on the link for Hyperallergic Magazine, the page doesn't load. I don't have it blocked in Notifications. I have allowed pop-up windows for it. I can't figure out what else might be preventing it from loading. It is free. I don't have this problem with any other website that I know of. I'm running the latest version of Firefox & have Windows 11 on a one-year-old PC. I didn't have this problem in my old computer, which ran Windows 7. Please help. Thanks.

A blank survey pops up in my homepage each time I open Firefox, I haven't filled it yet since I don't know what it entails and what it is about. There is no option to close it either, and it seems bugged as it isn't going away even after updating the version of Firefox, it is still present on 125.0.2 version. Kindly assist regarding the same. I have attached a picture of the same herewith.

I run a WP elearning site (cd-dojo.com) and I prefer to use Firefox for everything.

Recently I added a plugin and experienced an error and WP went into recovery mode - displaying a message and an exit recovery mode button.

I have since resolved the error, but was perplexed because I could click the exit button but the messaging was persistent. I did everything I could think of - including the recommendations of tech support - until I was ready to reinstall a backup. Then I thought maybe it's a browser issue, so I logged in as admin in Safari and the message is gone. See screenshots below.

Since then I have tried everything I can to remedy with your support information including restarting the computer, clearing the cookies and cache, restarting in troubleshoot mode, and reinstalling firefox. Nothing has resulted in any resolution.

So, I'm presenting this to you. I can continue to work on the site using other browsers but I prefer to use Firefox. Can you help?

Longtime FF user (15+ years); just back from a few months of testing another browser and noticed strange labels for Google Contacts in FF125.0.2 (64-bit) (see attached). Any idea what's happening with that?

...and while I'm here, is there a way to choose the digital format for saved screenshots other than .png?

The email acount I was using to sign-in to Firefox has been breached annd the onlyway I can recover it involves sending drivers license photo and current photo ofmy delf -- ehich would not prove snything. If somebody hsd my enough info they could fake that easy enough. Although they have takenaway allour privacy I refuse to send them that info.

If I had simply said I need helpchanging my password they never would have known. I was honest about the reason I needed a new password. Ended in my contacting Paypal and telling them to not acceot any more charges as I had the Premium email.

So noe I need a new sign-in here and Firefox becuase if I am asked code to be retrieved from that provider I won't be able to get it.

I just switched to Windows 10 from Windows 7. Firefox was working fine, but now many or most pages are garbled; see screen-capture fragments at http://www.fenichel.net/firefox/. I tried a new Firefox 64-bit, but it crashed on most pages.

Hello, sadly I have the problem since a few days that firefox opens a new tab with the same error every time I google something or click on a new page/subpage etc. The URL on the error page is all the time "https://0.0.0.1/" mentention of course a page loading error. I don't know why firefox keeps oppening new tabs with this URL. I allrady tried to use the clearing function and even reinstalled the software, nothing worked. Maybe somebody can help me solving this problem, it is very annoying to have multiple new error-tabs per minute in a normal work flow. Thanks and best regards, Thomas

Netflix all of a sudden wont work on firefox after update. still works on edge and my computer in other room which has an update firefox popup that i have not done yet. i reset drm already. it wont even sign in through firefox. i was on the phone with netflix for an hour they said use chrome which i hate or edge which is equally horrible but both work just not firefox. f7111-1957-205002 this code popped once. never had this kind of problem before. i already cleared cash and redownloaded firefox and all that jazz.

I just got a new to me computer and it has Firefox 125.0.3 (64bit) but I was more comfortable with what I had Version 124.0.2 (64 bit). What would be the downside of changing to what I had? I just use it for home use and browsing. How would I go about making that change. I'm not to knowledgeable about computer language and stuff. Thanks, Larry

thank you for taking out my new real email that I wish to use a sign-in ID I read the ibstructions to not leave personal info.But I was wondering how Iwould get an answer -- and of course I just have to check back here regulary. I have read through the user threads and tried everything I could find including malware searching and, of course, setting google as my search preference but no matter what I try the splash page for Firefox (re-installed twice) is Yahoo. Has anyone found a cure for this issue on their Mac - my Mac parameters are in the attached screenshot.

1. Web pages load in gibberish, they aren't legible. 2. Web pages load with neon green blocks. 3. Firefox isn't allowing me to download an entirely new download.

I understand the gibberish could be a font problem but when I use right click for inspection options, I can't find any font info anywhere. Even if I could, what would I do then? Green blocks, have no idea. I used to use Firefox and have just now started again but would prefer a brand clean copy. Mozilla isn't giving me that option. Thanks.
