FF password manager seams to record password only for the root website as a reference regardless where we are in the website so... if we need two different psds inside a specific website, we're screwed ! Per instance :

For Fsi.com/account I set one password = p1 and for Fsi.com/webmail I set another password = p2

FF password manager store both passwords under Fsi.com so... the latest set overrides the first set.

How can we force FF password manager to reference the whole website path and not only the website root path ?

My Surface Laptop 7 w/ SnapDragon Elite's Firefox installation started crashing this morning immediately after rebooting to complete some Windows updates. I have attempted starting Firefox in Maintenance mode, Uninstalled and reinstalled and I still get the crash reporter. Refreshing Firefox at the uninstall process does not fix it.

I'm running Windows 11 Enterprise edition, fully patched w/ Firefox 146.0.

The 4 Windows updates that were installed:

Uninstalled KB5072033 Uninstalled KB5070311 Cannot be uninstalled KB5072641 Cannot be uninstalled KB5071142

Still didn't fix the problem.

Hello. I was curious and allowed accuweather but now I regret that and want to get rid of it. But I cannot find it anywhere on my Firefox account, I have been loking everywhere but cannot find anyway to delete accuweather. It feels like a malware and I cannot get rid of it. Please help. Since update 140.0, the side panel is dark (no problem), but the text is black instead of white!!! Which makes reading black on dark is very complicated... Could you fix this problem with a new update? Thank you so much in advance.

When browsing on IMDb (see image attached) when I click on the "See All" button just above "Soundtrack" at the bottom of the image nothing happens. This should expand the list above it, in the case an actor's credits. I have NoScript 13.5.2 installed but all scripts are allowed here. I get this on all the IMDb pages.

I operate with several to many windows open (and many tabs). Firefox (Mac) used to list the open Windows in the Window menu in the order I originally created/opened each window. A while back, FF started sorting – and re-sorting! – the list of open windows alphabetically according to the Tab that is currently active in each Window. This means that the window appears in different places in the Window menu list according to the name of the Tab. I DO NOT LIKE THAT because the it makes the Window hard to find.

Is there any way to set this to operate the way it used to - keeping the Window list in the order first opened, regardless of which Tab is open?

From "About" on the Firefox menu I am trying to download the update from 145.0.2 but it is stalled at 27.1 of 31.3 MB. The little pair of spinning arrows icon just keeps spinning without making any further progress. I'm on a 2020 iMac running Sonoma 14.5 My internet connection is still functioning. I'm wondering what I should do. Is there a way to just cleanly stop and start over? Or stop and continue.

Is there anyplace that shows how to use what the new release says on the 146.0. I got the message below when viewing new options in 146.0, but going to settings, sync just wants me to sign in and do a cloud backup.

Doesn't sound like what is in message below that I got after updating to 146.0. From what I found looking around, you are suppose to go to setting, sync, click on backup and choose location. There is no option backup, just an option to sign on. Below is message I got when checking what is in update 146.0:

Some of the installations seem to be blocked by Microsoft if you are using a Microsoft system. If the Software being downloaded is not sold by Microsoft store, Microsoft blocks it or deforms it. I've been using Firefox since forever but over the last couple of months, the auto translate subtitles (to English) hasn't been working when watching Youtube videos. There's a thread on the Youtube support site with nearly 40,000 posts of people with the same issue and tonight I was trying to watch a video where the hosts talk in Italian, so I use auto translate to English subtitles but no subtitles appear. It will show Italian language subtitles.

I've gone back through this Youtube channel's history trying videos I've previously watched from months/years ago when auto translate used to work but even they're not working now.

I decided to try the video in Edge browser and to my surprise the auto translate to English worked there. They also work in Chrome.

So what could be causing this issue on Firefox, which started about August time?

This is quite bizarre as I assumed all the processing/translation was done by Google/Youtube so in what way can Firefox be part of this issue?

To be clear, subtitles in the (foreign) language the people are speaking, works. Subtitles translated from that language to English (or other languages) has stopped working. Subtitles translated from that language to English IS working on Edge and Chrome browser.

146.0 (64-bit) Windows 11 December 11, 2025 Turned on computer this am, Firefox webpage popped up telling me about what is in it's future but now my side bar is black print on really dark background. Help!
