Greetings everyone,

Firefox is my preferred browser and I really prefer the Firefox Engine over Chromium that most other browsers use.

I want to install a backup browser that runs the Firefox Engine in case my Firefox browser has a problem.

I searched a lot and I thought installing this would be the best option: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/developer/

However, I’m worried that installing the Firefox developer edition will change my Firefox installation…

I have 2 yahoo email accounts. 1 on Chrome & "block Spam" works but on FF it does not. The same fake emails keep coming back and I can't add a screenshot to this.

I use the Dragon NaturallySpeaking add-on to navigate Firefox (and my entire computer) by voice. Recently the extension stopped working properly, and when I tried to uninstall and re-install the plug-in, it would not work at all.

When you try to click the "Install" button, nothing happens. This has caused Dragon to stop working with almost the entirety of Firefox. Please advise on if an update is coming.

hello, i would like to change what page shows up when i open a new tab (to the you.com page), i tried new tab override but then the adress bar on top has the url i opened chose which is very inconvenient

I am trying trying to launch firefox in Linux systems through selenium webdriver in a specific language. When I try to open a link from an external software, in my case mostly discord, that which I click on, I get the profile manager opened, ask for which profile I should open from. If I already have the Firefox window for that profile open, I have to close the whole window and then it opens with all the tabs with a tab for the link I clicked on.

I would like to open tabs like how Chrome does, not asking for profile (yes, I know, I can just make things open on only one profile but I want to choose which one I want it to every single time without manager) and instead opens up from the profile window that I just had on.

I would like to open external links on an existing window and not close to open it.

So, ultimately, make my Firefox open link from the latest profile window I was on, and it does not require to close an existing window to open the link.

I keep getting a 403 error message when trying to access the British Airways website. This is the first time I have encountered this, although it is perhaps 3 years since I last flew BA. I have cleared my cache and cookies. I have also tried to access the same ba.com site using Edge - with the same error message. This suggests that the problem may lie with BA. However, they have no technical support that I can reach. So I do not know what to do next. I use Kaspersky anti-virus and Malwarebytes to screen for malware. This is a recent problem, videos don't play after an update to Firefox 107, I've checked and unchecked hardware acceleration, and turned off add-ons. Everything plays fine in edge!! What else can I try

Hello, I am wondering if there is any way to lock the toolbar so that it does not automatically pop up when you are in full screen mode and hover over the top area of the screen. I cannot easily play some browser games because they must be full screen and the toolbar popping up continuously interrupts the game.

To clarify, I do not want the toolbar to always be there; locking the toolbar so that it automatically shows when in full screen is not the solution I am looking for. I want the toolbar to disappear when I am in full screen and not popup when I hover over the top area of the screen.

In the past when I saw an article that I wanted to email to myself, I would click on the envelop icon and it would go to “choose and application to open the mail to link” I would choose if I remember correctly Yahoo and it would open up.

Now the only choice I have if Firefox, and when I click on it nothing happens. What is the problem?

Under”Choose other Applications”, there is nothing to forward that article to me.

After setting Firefox as the default browser, every time I search on address, it opens Yahoo website instead of staying with Firefox. What else can I do to stop this from happening?

Logged into Twitch, can see and type in chat, but video and audio do not work. This happens on my Main Twitch account as well as my alternate. I do not have this issue with Google or Edge.

Help me get my right panel, that dissapeard back to right side where it belongs. It Disappeared!!!!!!!!!!!! My screen is filled them links!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm 77 years old and have liked and used firefox for as far back as I can remember. I've read many posts that have said they have the same problem!!!!!!!! I really like Firefox and don't want to switch to another browser, but looks like me and many other dissatisfied customers to do also.

Please help me restore my browsing session :(

For the past several months I have been using Mozilla, and the feature to restore previous browsing session has always worked well. Even after I clear the most recent history or remove the most immediate cookies, this feature would still work e.g. after I restart my PC or just restart the browser. It would restore all the tabs I was using previously including the most recent tab I was on before the browser closed or restarted. However, this morning, I tried to clear my immediate browsing history as I usually do and the browser froze while I was in the process of clearing this immediate history (continuously displaying the pop-up window/interface for clearing history and not allowing me to do much else on the browser - I couldn't even click anything on the tab I was on, nor could I navigate to another tab and/or open a new tab; and only the close button, and maximize window button, and minimize window buttons were responding). After waiting for a while for it to start working again, I got frustrated and I closed the browser.

I then opened the browser again, but this time, it didn't restore the previous browsing session and didn't even take me to the last tab I was on.

What could have happened this time around? It has not behaved like that for this whole year.

NB: I have not done anything to the browser after opening it! I am still on the same page it landed on when I opened it (just in case).
