Select Print Properties. Select Use Black Ink Only. Works fine.

Select Print Properties. Select Print All Available Ink. Works fine.

Print next page and it is Black only, Properties having reverted back to Black Ink Only.

Repeated several times. The Print All Available Ink choice cannot be saved.

Hi,

You may also have to set the XP user Printing Preferences in the Windows Control Panel > Printers and faxes > Properties of the correct printer to the required setting of Print All Available Ink and restart Firefox. Hopefully the new setting will be the default in Firefox from this point forward.
