Firefox stopped working on my computer yesterday afternoon. I have the Windows 7 operating system. It wouldn't open, so I updated Firefox and it still won't open. What's the problem?
I used Firefox yesterday morning and it worked fine. I went back to my computer yesterday afternoon and Firefox wouldn't open. I've tried everything. I even updated Firefox. But it still won't open. I have the Windows 7 operating system. Is there a compatibility issue? Internet Explorer works fine. But I prefer Firefox. Please let me know what I can do to fix the problem. Thanks.

Does the issue still occur if you start Firefox in Safe Mode? http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode
