Getting network login prompt after changing ISP.

I changed ISP's this week and my computer connects via Ethernet cable through my router. I have no real issues accessing the internet. But after waking from sleep or restarting, Firefox displays the network login prompt. How do I get rid of it? Thanks.

Could you elaborate a bit more what login to which service that appears to be? Is that something like Captive portal detection that the browser thinks it's on a "guest/public" network? Would you be able to grab a screen shot of that window and attach it here? Thanks!

Sorry, it displays the network login prompt. When I click on it it displays the Captive portal detection post from the help forum. I think I resolved the problem. When the new ISP was installed, the Ethernet cable from my router was connected to the modem without first shutting down the router. I recycled both, plugging in my router while it was still off, then turning it back on. Everything seems to be working correctly now. Thank you.
