I keep getting an error message regardless of which site I try to visit

All too frequently, I receive messages as seen on the two enclosed screen dumps. When I click on the "Try again" button, I usually get through to the site I'm trying to reach. But today, I got the other response when attempting to log in to your site. Could that be another version of the usual response to all other sites.
