Check your ad blocker
- Click on your ad blocker icon.
- Look for a button to turn it off for Udemy.
- Refresh the Udemy page and try the video again.
- If this fixes it, look into your ad blocker's settings to permanently whitelist
or/and
- Try opening Udemy in an Private Window and if it works there, one of your browser extensions is causing the block.
- Click the shield icon to the left of the URL and turn off Enhanced Tracking Protection.
