I have noai.duckduckgo.com set as my default search engine. Almost always (but not quite every time) when I type anything into the address/search bar, I get a page with a "Server Not Found" error. (See attached image.) Refreshing the page immediately brings up the results without issue, but I consistently get the error first. Oddly, if I go into settings and switch to a different search engine and then switch back to duckduckgo, the issue will briefly resolve and it'll work fine for a short while... and then I start getting the error again. Is there any way to fix this?
