Download ESR for Windows 7
You say to go to the download page and my version of Windows will be detected & you'll give me the correct version. However, IE 8 in Windows 7 won't go to your download page. So, I need to download from another computer and copy the file to the Windows 7 computer. This doesn't work when you detect that the computer doing the download is a newer computer. How do I tell your system to give me the Windows 7 installer?

On https://www.firefox.com/download/all/ click on Firefox Extended Support Release > 64-bit or 32-bit Windows > pick the language > then click on [ Download ESR 115 ] and it should serve you the Firefox 115.33.0esr
Firefox 115.33.0esr released on Feb 24 is the last planned update for the old Firefox 115 ESR which is based on the old Firefox 115 Release. If warranted there could by small chance be a minor update for security or stability for the Fx 115.33.0esr.

Firefox 116.0 and later including the Fx 140.8.0esr and Fx 148.0 Release requires Windows 10, 11 to run.
Turns out Mozilla decided very recently to extend the updates for the older Firefox 115 ESR yet again until later August 2026 to support the Windows 7, 8, 8.1 and macOS 10.12, 10.13, 10.14 for while longer.
James, Thanks for the replies. However, while the page you mention talks about the Windows 7 download, when you click the link on that page to download it takes you to the main download page. At that point, there is only a Download Now button that autodetects the OS version of the computer doing the download. I see no way to tell it that I want the ESR version.
