Shortcut row disappeared
I have not changed my settings -- still want 1 row of shortcuts. They were just fine this morning but now the whole row is gone -- it's blank. I don't know how to get them back and can't seem to create new ones. Looked all through the Firefox settings but no good. What happened? Please advise.

Is the issue still reproducible with the latest Firefox 143.0.4?
