There isn't a button but here is some info on updates.

It appears you are using a Firefox 115 ESR version on the eol Windows 7. Firefox 116.0 and later requires Windows 10, 11 to run.

Firefox 115.21.0esr was just released on March 4 and Fx 115.27.0esr in August will be the last update unless Mozilla extends update support for a third time.
