I use Mozzila Firefox private browsing to connect to my bank account and the Social Security website. Social Security changed their website during the last year to use three outside vendors to check/confirm logon credentials. I use the ID.Me one mostly. So I go to the Social Security website and push the Login button. The website then displays the the three vendors and pick ID.Me. Once you've made your selection, you go to a notification page that says, you are leaving the Social Security page, "go back" or "yes". When I pick "yes", the computer always locks up. I have never had this clear up. The only way to proceed is to long press the On/Off button to do a hard reset. I have an older Acer computer, Aspire 7, and it is running Windows 11. I can reach the Social Security if I use the Duck, Duck, Go web browser. Have you seen this problem before or has it been previously reported? Is there a fix available? Rob S99
