It should work the same as before. Could you describe the method you are trying to use to reduce the window size? For example:
- click and drag the corner of the browser window
- hover the maximize/restore button until a panel appears with different split options
- hold down the Windows key and tap the left arrow to tile the window to the left half of the screen
- something else
