Updated firefox and lost ALL history and especially Bookmarks
Bookmarks and history lost after "updating" firefox. How could this possibly happen and how can we fix it? I need to recover the old data!!!

Is there a profile folder called something like 'Old Firefox Data' on the desktop? You may find the old data files there. If so, then see: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/recovering-important-data-from-an-old-profile#w_your-important-data-and-their-files
