Hello, I have a colleague that whenever she emails me a PDF she edited in Firefox and I open it in Edge, Chrome or Adobe it shows up blank even though she has made changes. Is there a setting she needs to adjust?

Thank you F. R.

The document was created by another department using Wrike. But when I test the document on other browsers such as edge and chrome there's no issue. It's just Firefox holding back its data when opening on other browsers.

Firefox's PDF Viewer is mostly just a viewer and not an editor.

Is your colleague filling in a form, and then saving the filled form to disk (Save Page As...) and then attaching the updated version to a reply? That should work.

These are the steps I take: 1. Download the form 2. Right click > Open with Firefox 3. Makes changes to form 4. Save As 5. Send changed form to colleague 6. Form arrives with no changes unless it's open with Firefox

But if I do this: 1. Download the form 2. Right click > Open with Chrome or Edge 3. Makes changes to form 4. Save As 5. Send changed form to colleague 6. Form arrives with all the changes that were made
