Regular browser has no option to clear history on exit

I can’t locate an option in iOS Firefox to automatically delete browser history on exit (as I always do in other Firefox browsers). Browser performance predictably gets slower the longer I wait before manually clearing history, to the point where after a week of use it can take more than a minute to close a tab and open a new one

Looking through past user support questions I saw this issue was brought up last year too.

Is anyone working on fixing this problem? I really hope so. Please.

Hi Magnus,

I'm afraid you can't do it from Firefox for iOS. However, you may want to use Firefox Focus instead if you don't like keeping your browsing history.
