I’m a longtime Thunderbird user.

Since I upgraded from Windows 10 to Windows 11, I cannot access my incoming email.

I have downloaded and reinstalled Thunderbird. When I try to open using the email symbol, I get directed to enroll another account. So I enrolled my original account.

I need step by step preferably printable direction, because I have low vision.

If you upgraded to Win 11 and Tbird doesn't work, try old Thunderbird uninstall via Reva Uninstaller or such with full cleanup including local accs and mail DBs (assuming you have webmail copies like in Gmail). Then install the latest Tbird version, and add all mail accs again. Any error messages on screen or in log?
