Thunderbird 78 does not inport previous lightning calendar events
All my calendar entries in the previous version of Tbird (i.e., with Lightning extension) have not migrated to the new version. The calendar is linked to a CalDAV account, but synchronizing the calendar does not fix the problem.

I fixed it by unsubscribing the calendar, then (re)creating a new one
