Is there a way I can view my password in my current computer where I started my account
I am wanting to sign in on another device, but forgot my password.
if I sign out of my Mozilla account on the computer I currently use, is there a way to view my password so I can sign in to Mozilla on my other device and sync it?

If you do not have the password for the accounts.firefox.com stored in the Password Manager (Lockwise) then you will have to reset the password and use that new password on all connected devices. If you sign out then you won't be able to login again if you do not know the password.
