from Janet Trimble: I have three problems, let's do one at a time. I currently have 8 unread emails that I cannot open. Can you help with that?
Three items: 1) 8 unread emails that I cannot open; 2) when I open an email, at the top where is written 'from, subject, to' is a long technical list, even has a scroll bar at the right. Want to get rid of that; 3) certain emails come underlined. when I open a whole plethera of others are at the top which I delete delete delete to no avail. It's a mess. Can you help?
