How do I go about getting support for my organization?
We will need some support with the Firefox browser which we will use in our test lab. I would like to speak to someone about my organization’s needs. I am located in Washington, DC. Is there someone you can put me in touch with?

What issues are you having with Firefox? How can I help?
We have not installed the browser yet, but I need to talk to someone about the type of support that can be provided if we have issues viewing our application after we install it.
Should you come across any issues after the installation of Firefox, come back here and post a new thread.
If you're looking for commercial support and pay a fee for said support, we don't do that. All support here is free.
There are a lot of free resources available but if you want to hire a consultant, one person that comes to mind is Mike Kaply. He is experienced in Firefox deployment in a business environment. Even if you don't hire him or use his products, you still can benefit from reading his site:
