After a reinstal of Firefox, Dragon nat spk was not available in it. The Dragon extension is not shown in my list of extensions. How/where can I find and instal it?

Did you restart your PC after installing Firefox?

Yes I did.

I had the extension and Dragon was working well with Firefox before the Firefox reinstall, but now I seem to have lost it all together.

You can try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox.

  • Tools > Options > Advanced > General > Browsing: "Use hardware acceleration when available"

You need to close and restart Firefox after toggling this setting.

You can check if there is an update for your graphics display driver and check for hardware acceleration related issues.

Disabling the hardware acceleration had no effect.

My problem is not one caused by the extension; it is that I do not have the extension. I had it and it was working before I uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox. Is the extension available somewhere where I can download it and see if I can install it and have it working?

Dragon supplies its' own add-on for web browsers. That extension is not available from Mozilla, see Nuance for support. http://nuance-community.custhelp.com/hives/be1ac29547/summary
