Hi. :/ Whenever I try to watch a video on YouTube, my browser stops responding and freezes. However, I can watch videos on every other site. I've tried restarting the browser, reinstalling Firefox, and clearing the cache, as well as waiting, but It doesn't work. It even works in Private Mode... Please help.

Is it every video? Some more then others?

Start your Computer in safe mode with networking. Then start Firefox. Try Safe web sites. Is the problem still there?

Hello!

I got same problem as she On Chrome everything works fine, but on Firefox every video freeze firefox by Not responding, or video stand still but only audio are hearable.

I used this fuction https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/refresh-firefox-reset-add-ons-and-settings It worked but few days later problem occurs again.
