download helper stopped working and I'm already running 35.0 FireFox
I downgraded to 35.0 because my add-ons stopped working including download helper. Now it doesn't work in 35.0 either, what gives because it was working until the updates came out and was working when I went back to 35.0 and then it just stopped working at all.
The icon for download helper is not animated (it's grey) anymore and not working at all.

Which version of Video DownloadHelper are you using?
To check that, click on the menu button in the top right-hand corner, then Modules. In the new tab, select the Extensions panel and find Video DownloadHelper. Click on More: you should get the version number.
your System Details are showing Video Download Helper 4.9.24.1. The latest version is 5.3.1.1. Suggest you update both this and Firefox.
The System Detail list shows that you run an older Firefox 35.0.1 version that is no longer supported with security updates.
- It is important to update Firefox and add-ons to the latest versions to get all security fixes.
Please update to the current Firefox 40.0.2 release.

I'm sorry, I thought I answered.
Yes, this has helped with download helper. The upgrade has turned off a few of my other add-ons that don't have upgrades though. I thank all of you for the help you gave me for this problem.
