I just refreshed my Firefox and reinstalled my Outlook Watcher yesterday. It is now always showing that I have "1" email even when I don't have any unread messages. Also before I refreshed my Firefox when the Outlook beeped in saying I had a message it always showed who it was from. For example: 1 new email from Dad. Now it just says 1 new email in Inbox.

Sorry if this sounds complicated. I am not a techie person at all.

Here's what I have installed now. I think I've tried all the different ones.

I use Hotmail Watcher {web link}

There are also several other e-mail watching add-ons.

Go to the Mozilla Add-ons Web Page {web link} (There’s a lot of good stuff here) and search for what you want.

FredMcD,

The Hotmail Watcher link says that it is disabled. And the Add-ons Web Page is where I have gotten these Add-ons from

Not a good idea to have two similar extensions installed at the same time, it's asking for issues. Disable one of those extensions.

Which one is better? I don't understand the difference between them.

Sorry, with the new rules for add-ons, some programers were slow to act.

Which one is better? I don't understand the difference between them.

It's just like buying a car. Look it over. Take one for a test drive. I you don't like it, disable it and try another. Just keep the one you like.
