My Thunderbird won't allow me to compact and I must speak with someone for help.
I have been unable to receive my new emails since December 13. I receive a message saying there is not enough disk space and that I need to compact my messages and delete old messages. I have deleted unneeded messages but am unable to compact when I try. I don't know why.
