I have been unable to login to Pinterest for a number of weeks and unfortunately am unable to determine what changed since the last successful login. Upon entering credentials into the login form and hitting submit, the page reloads to the main index page. The account itself works with other browsers so it is a Firefox issue. All add-ons have been disabled and the entire process as described in "Fix login issues on websites that require a username and password" has been performed to no avail.

(Using Firefox 32.0.2)

You were on the right track, thank you for pointing me in the right direction. Since I had already cleared both the cache and cookies, the only thing remaining was to reset Firefox to the default settings.

After following the preferences reset steps I had no problems with Pinterest or any other site.

Thanks again!
